Once we connect, we can set up a phone call or FaceTime (whichever makes you feel most comfortable) and you get to tell me about your vision for your wedding day!
If you think I am a good fit for your wedding day, let's lock it in! I will send over a contract, followed by an invoice for the deposit payment. Once those two things are completed, you are officially on my calendar!
You will receive a total of two questionnaires in the planning process. The first is a short and sweet "tell me about the two of you" and then second is all things wedding day!
After that second questionnaire has been submitted, we will hop on a final call, I will assist with your timeline, go over your must haves and make sure I know anything and everything to help make your day as
stress free as possible.
Can you believe it? It's your wedding day! I'll arrive to your venue early to plan for wedding party, family photos and couples portraits. Thanks to our previous phone call, it's time for you to soak it all in and to enjoy your special day with your soon to be, forever honey!
You will be receiving your wedding day sneak peeks 24-48 hours after I leave your wedding. The final gallery will be delivered to you 2 months from your wedding date. You will be able to download these images in high-resolution, share them with friends and family, and even purchase printed products from the online store.
Q&A
What is your turnaround time for wedding galleries?
When I shoot a wedding, I deliver sneak peeks of the couples wedding day within 24-48 hours of my departure from the venue. My turnaround time for a full wedding gallery is 2 months from the wedding date.
How many images will I receive in my wedding gallery?
If you book Vandy Studios for the 10 hour package, you are guaranteed 500+ images and the 8 hour is guaranteed 300+ images. I often end up doubling that number when it is time to deliver that final wedding gallery.
Do you charge for travel?
The price you see in the wedding packages above includes everything — no hidden fees!! WOOHOO! The price you see above is the price you will pay. *this excludes outside of the US*
Can I make specific posing requests?
ABSOLUTELY! In that second questionnaire I mentioned above, that is actually one of the questions. I ask for Inso from your pinterest or a provided document with photos/poses you love. This is helpful for me to get more of a feel for what you are looking for. You can also mention where you would like me to shift my focus. Do the two of you want a lot of photos during your portrait session because the two of you don't have many photos together? We can focus on that! Are there specific family members that you want captured that make your wedding day feel extra special? I will do that for you! Is there a meaningful moment during your wedding day that you want me to make sure I capture, YOU GOT IT!
